Career Day at School

Hank was a basketball player, Jack was an artist, and Lily was a veterinarian. Their ideas...a tiny bit of my help... all cute!

Lily's field trip to the Dentist

Today I helped drive Lily's class to their field trip at Dr. Brady's office. It was a lot of fun. They are learning about teeth this week for Dental Health Week. Lily got to demonstrate how to brush. She chewed a little tablet and then got to brush for the two minutes and then check to see if she got all the dye. She loved it!

President's Day Adventure

We went to the Natural History Museum in LA with some friends. It was so fun, as always.

My kids all really love to watch the movies at museums. It's actually kind of cool that they enjoy them so much.

After a walk to a really yummy burrito lunch and Yogurtland for dessert, we came back to the California Science Center. It was really a fun place, but SOOO crowded.

Valentine's Day Dinner

For Valentine's Day I thought I would make a nice dinner for our family. We eat together almost every night, but often two of us take turn sitting at the bar so we don't have to pull out the table. It was a special time to pull it out and sit together. After dinner, Darin and I went out to a movie. It was the best of both worlds and I got to share Valentine's Day with all my Valentines :)

Darin was gone this weekend speaking at a winter camp. We went out for adventure this afternoon. We went to the beautiful Cerritos library and then across the street to Heritage Park. The kids had a very fun time. We ended our time with Jamba Juice. It was a nice afternoon :)
