Kisses anyone?

Will got into my make-up draw and put on his "lipstick." He gave Daddy a big glossy kiss. Ick.

Playdate with Owen

Changes!

I went to get my hair re-dyed and trimmed and this is what I got. I really like it though. It is a lot shorter than I planned and a little redder, but I am happy with it!

Darin's new do. I am not sure how much I like it...I feel like he looks like a different person, but maybe I will get used to it. The kids giggle still when they see him. The first time Will saw him, he told Darin that "people will laugh at you."

Butter Boy!

Will loves his butter. He wanted it on "the carpet" by his plate (the hot pad).

Fanfarlo!

Last Saturday, Darin and I went to see Fanfarlo at the El Rey in Hollywood. It was teh second time we have seen them! They were amazing both times!

Playdate.

Isn't he such a doll!

Today we met Owen and his mom at the park across the street from our house. They brought bubbles, chalk, sand toys and a scooter. It was so much fun! The weather outside was amazing. My only regret was not packing lunches so we could stay longer.

A warm President's Day.

Today we was a beautiful day. I heard it was 83 degrees...it felt like it! Darin was still gone, so we went to the park and played. I packed lunches and we ate there. After the park we made a quick trip to Target. The afternoon was spent playing video games, shooting hoops in the back yard and riding bikes in the front yard. Lily got a jump rope, which she has been practicing with all afternoon. It was a good day....I am glad Darin is home now though :)

Happy Valentine's Day!

Today was a busy day for us. Darin is still gone, but we all went to Sunday School and 2nd hour today. ( I even taught the 3year old class.) After lunch the boys played video games while Lily and Will rested/napped. I did a bunch of housework. (You can't really tell though). At 4:30 the older 3 went to kids' choir at the church and Will and I went grocery shopping for the next 2 weeks worth of food. Then we picked up the kids and came home. I had ordered 2 heart shaped pizzas from Papa Johns and they were delivered at 6:30. All the kids were so excited about the pizzas and had been waiting all day for them to arrive. They told everyone they saw today that we were eating that for dinner. They turned out cute and yummy! We ate and now they are either in bed or watching a movie. Man...what a day!

Basketball Saturday

Warming up before the game. Hank is behind #7 shooting the ball.
Hank warms up.
Over here! Hank is always ready!
I'm open!
Hustling
This looks very uncomfortable
Lily wanted to push Will...Will didn't want her to. The story of their relationship :)
I love this pic!
Will and I watching Hank play.
Jack is ready.

Today Hank and Jack both had basketball games. Usually they are at the same time. Today Hank's was at 9:30 and Jack's was at 11:30. This was a little more difficult since Darin is out of town this weekend. Luckily, our good friend, Stephanie, saved the day and came to watch Lily and Will for the second game. They played at the park for the first one. Both boys did amazing and both teams won! Jack's coach gave him a nice compliment in front of his whole team, telling them that Jack always comes ready to play. For not having experience with basketball, both boys have picked it up quickly and love to play.

Valentine's Candy

This is where I found Will. He was actually saying, "Candy? Where are you candy?" when I walked in on him. He knew he was going to get in trouble for climbing, so he put on his troll face. Too cute!
Here are the kids with their haul from school. They actually shared with each other quite nicely.

Valentine Girl

r
I took Lily to Old Navy to get her a new white sweater and found these adorable flats and Valentine's Day dress. She fell in love with the shoes, as she does love shoes, and wore them until bed and then put them by her bed so she could wear them when she awoke. So cute! All the kids took flowers to their teachers today. Lily was so excited!

Mumford & Sons

Darin and I and a few friends went to see an Eglish band called Mumford & Sons last night at the Troubadour in Hollywood. It was such a great concert. We had so much fun. Jake Gyllenhal was at the concert which was also pretty cool.
